Edun is a for-profit ethical fashion company that was started by Ali with a mission to encourage sustainable trade with countries in Africa. Edun helped found the Conservation Cotton Initiative, also mentioned yesterday, with Wildlife Conservation Society and Invisible Children. Edun’s website includes a great clip on CCI here.
I just love that soft blue men’s sweater above, and the dark, uniquely-waisted jeans. And the silk dresses — a little reminiscent of the Lauren Pierce Atelier collection at Barneys that I posted about recently?! I wish I could be wearing one to work with tights right now.
