I am loving these delicate hoops, bangles and rings by John Hardy (NOT to be confused with Ed Hardy, of Jon Gosselin graphic t-shirt fame – yikes!) at Saks.

They are made in Bali, and support an afforestation project on Nusa Penida, an arid island off the Bali coast. Proceeds donate funds for the planting of the number of bamboos that is inscribed inscribed inside each piece.

Speaking of bamboo, check out this bambike created by my friend Will’s brother’s company in the Philippines. We’re headed to Florida tonight, and man, would I like to cruise down the beach on one of these!

I’m taking off tomorrow, but more on these guys next week!
