Pick-up Sticks

Did you know that bamboo grows 2-4 feet per day? Up to 39 inches in an hour? Holy moly. Talk about a renewable resource.

What a great reason to pick up a matchbox or tin of bamboo ToothStix, flavored with mint, natural blueberry, grape, acai, or tea tree oil. I’m going to need some of these in order to emerge all pearly white from this weekend’s special treat dinner at Aquitaine.

ToothStix donates a portion of profits to Pandas International, an organization dedicated to panda research and preservation, ensuring the survival of the panda. The company wants to sell enough Toothstix to adopt a panda for a lifetime — $50K. Let’s get on it!

Thanks to my college friend Billy for this post supporting his friend Jarret McGovern’s company and my most favorite animal.
