Wedding Bells: A Tree for Every Dress

In honor of the Duchess and Duke of Cambridge, a bridal post today.

A clever site that features pre-owned wedding items, BravoBride, is partnering up with The Nature Conservancy to plant a tree for every wedding dress listed on the BravoBride site this April.

You’ve only got two days left to participate in the dress listings, but after that you can frequent the BravoBride site for other items, knowing that the company supports both recycling and reforesting. Here are a couple items that caught my eye… (click on pictures for links)

Channeling Kate’s lace…

For a country wedding, a nod to the forrest…

Simple glass votives…

Even a vintage hurricane lamp (sideways, sorry!) that I’d be quite happy seeing on my kitchen table every day.

So, happy hunting, and cheers to lovebirds Kate and William and England today!

Thanks to Snippet & Ink for the tip.
