Last night my sister Rosy and her husband Bennett carved our pumpkin, made a devilishly delicious curry, and picked me up at the train for a Halloween dinner party. It was our first night eating properly at the dining room table at our new house, and we made sure to remember our perpetual pumpkins. Blue quite liked family dinner and, exhausted from the excitement of trick-or-treaters, curled up under the table at John’s feet, Halloween bandana and all. For dessert, the Mint Milanos for the Cure were the perfect compliment to the spicy curry. All in all, a really nice Fall treat. Thanks, R & B!
